【お知らせ】在留資格　経営管理許可基準改定について（令和７年１０月１６日施行）

２０２５年１０月１６日、在留資格「経営管理」の許可基準が改定されました。
改正日以降に申請を予定されている方は、必ず下記の改定内容をご確認ください。

今回の改定では、事業実態の厳格化・事業基盤の明確化を目的として、
事務所要件・資本金要件・常勤職員の配置基準などが大幅に見直されています。

詳細は添付資料にまとめておりますので、ご確認のうえ、早めの準備をおすすめいたします。

On October 16, 2025, the eligibility requirements for the “Business Manager” status of residence were revised.
If you plan to submit an application on or after the effective date of the amendment,
please make sure to review the updated requirements in the attached document.

This revision includes significant changes aimed at strengthening the verification of business substance and clarifying business foundations, such as office requirements, capital requirements, and standards regarding full-time employees.

Please review the attached summary of the revised criteria and begin preparing your application well in advance.

2025年10月16日，日本在留资格「经营・管理」的许可基准已进行修订。
自修订生效日期之后提交申请的人员，请务必查阅随附资料中的最新修订内容。

本次修订的目的在于强化对事业实体的审查，并进一步明确事业基础，
