【経営管理ビザに関する資産要件について】

入管法に基づく「経営・管理」在留資格の要件については、資産要件が3,000万円以上に引き上げられる見込みが報じられております。
これまでの要件は「500万円以上の投資」が基準とされてきましたが、今後はより高い資本水準が求められる方向で検討が進められており、制度改正後の申請にあたっては注意が必要です。

Currently, it has been reported that the asset requirement for the “Business Manager” visa is expected to be raised to 30 million yen or more under the Immigration Control Act.
Up until now, the requirement has been based on an investment of at least 5 million yen. However, discussions are underway to raise the standard to a higher capital threshold, and applicants should be cautious when applying after the amendment comes into effect.
